How does booking work?+
Choose a service and item in the catalog, then pay the booking deposit online — by RU card or crypto. After payment, a manager will contact you to coordinate the address and details.
What is the deposit, and is it refundable?+
The deposit confirms your booking. If you decline the service on the spot, the deposit is refunded in full. If the deal goes ahead, the deposit is deducted from the total price.
What payment methods are available?+
The deposit can be paid by RU card via Robokassa or with cryptocurrency. The full price is paid on the spot, in cash or by card, directly to the supplier.
What language does support respond in?+
We reply in English on Telegram and WhatsApp. Average response time is up to 15 minutes during the day.
