Suitable after a long period of inactivity during the rainy season, before guests move in and after tenants leave. During the procedure there should be no people, animals or plants in the villa; after treatment the room is ventilated. Time depends on area.
If you decline on the spot, the deposit is refunded in full. If the deal goes ahead, the deposit amount is deducted from the rental price. If the service is not provided, the money is refunded in full within 2 weeks.
