A two-bedroom condo of up to 80 sq.m costs from 3,500 THB and takes about 3-4 hours: the standard set gets a second bathroom if there is one, plus the balcony. A three-bedroom condo of up to 120 sq.m costs from 4,500 THB. Here a team of two cleans all rooms, the kitchen from the outside, the bathrooms and the balcony with its own products and professional equipment, and sends a photo report at the end.

A three-bedroom condo costs from 4,500 THB, so a villa with a similar number of bedrooms costs about 2,000 THB more, but its cleaning also covers the outdoor part: the terrace and the area around the pool.

One important detail: cleaning the pool water and pool equipment is not part of villa cleaning and is ordered separately. If the water is cloudy or the pool is full of leaves, tell the manager right away when you order, so you do not expect the cleaners to deal with the pool as well.
