Hiking to Cape Laem Krating through the jungle
Hike along paths used only by locals to a cape with a landscape unusual for Phuket. Start at Karon View Point overlooking the three southern beaches. Further on there is a tropical forest, the Black Rock lookout with huge volcanic boulders on the top (there are almost never people here), a virgin forest with a hermit’s house and Cape Laem Krating, where the constant wind has left only short grass on the slopes. At the end there is a steep descent to the sea and relaxation on the beach. The guide has lived with a Thai family for many years and will tell you about life from the inside. About 3 hours, without children, price for a group of up to 12 people. You need comfortable closed clothing and sneakers, take a hat, towel and swimsuit. Water is on. Separately: transfer to Karon View Point and back (up to 4 people 400-800 THB one way), lunch on the beach from 300 THB.
