The temple complex near the Big Buddha statue has been closed since the 2023 landslide, so first there are observation decks near the statue itself with views of the island. Then the Wat Chalong temple: the guide talks about Thai Buddhism; if you wish, you can perform rituals and see the shrine, a fragment of the Buddha’s shoulder. On the way there is an optional tiger zoo and elephant farm. About 3 hours, only your company of up to 4 people, Russian-speaking guide. Guide services included.
