The exact same Phi Phi route can cost 700 baht from one seller and 3,000+ from another — and both prices can be honest, just for different things. A big shared boat with 40+ passengers is the cheapest option; a speedboat with a small group costs more; a private charter costs the most.

Before buying, confirm specifically: boat type, group size, whether lunch is included, national park entry fees, and hotel transfer. A price difference alone tells you nothing about who's scamming you and who isn't without those details.

Booking through a catalog with a deposit model locks in the tour itinerary, price and inclusions in writing before you pay the full amount — if something on-site doesn't match the description, you have proof of what you actually agreed to.
